Juanita Barrera, age 70, of McAllen, Texas passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at DHR .
Juanita is survived by her husband of 49 years Cesario Barrera jr; daughter, Liza Guajardo (Rey Guajardo Jr.); daughter in law, Hilda Barrera; grandchildren, Donovan, Trina and Damian. She is also survived by her sisters, Olga Ramirez, Estela Mckrancy, Margot Barreiro and brother in law Noe Barrera and numerous nieces and nephews.
Juanita is preceded in death by her parents, nine brothers, and her son Omar Barrera.
A public visitation for Juanita will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 3611 North Taylor Road, Mission, Texas 78573, followed by a rosary at 7:30 PM.
