He is preceded in death by his wife Bertha Leza.

Jesus is survived by his son; Roberto Leza, his grandchildren; Roberto Leza Jr., Yaretcy Leza, great-grandchild; Armina Leza, siblings; Consuelo Leza, Jose Guadalupe (Maria Guadalupe) Leza, Jose Luis Leza, San Juanita (Everardo Saldana), Maria Alicia (Andres) Morin, Jose Ramon (Sandra B.) Leza, Elida L. (Ricardo A.) Flores, Francisco Javier (Anita) Leza, Graciela Leza, Ricardo (Lisa) Leza, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Jesus was a shining light for all his immediate to extended family and friends. He had an infectious laugh and heart of gold, always ready to lend a hand or share a story. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unforgettable memories. Jesus was a pillar of strength and a beacon of hope for all who knew him. His spirit will live on in our hearts forever.

A rosario will occur Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 7:00 PM, 3611 North Taylor Road, Mission, Texas 78573. A servicios funerales will occur Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 12:00 PM at San Juan Diego Iglesia Catolica, 3408 Idela Ave, McAllen, Texas 78503. A sepelio will occur Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Valley Memorial Gardens, 3605 North Taylor Road, Mission, Texas 78572.
