Robert Lawson Gardner

Robert Lawson Gardner, 62, Taylorsville, Utah passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on December 3rd, 2017 from complications related to cancer. He was born April 6, 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Robert Gardner and Connie Rae Lawson. He was also deeply cared for by his step-mom Evoline Gardner.

He married Vicky James in 1980. He was a beloved father of 11. Vince (Sharon) Vinson, Kent (Nicole) James, Kori Florence, Robert Vinson, Beth (Matt) Carr, Vicky Gardner, Nancy (Jason) Lovato, Randi (Kyle Adam) Gardner, Kyle James, Montana Gardner, Dikota Gardner, and he also had countless grand-children and many friends and family that loved him. He was preceded in death by his Father, mother, sister Connie, son Kent, his baby girl Dikota, and numerous friends and family.

Robert was loved by many and did what he could to help anyone out in a time of need. He loved football especially the 49ers and would always remember you by your favorite NFL team. He was a die-hard doors fan. He was stubborn and put up a fight to the very end. He would always fight for what he cared about, but most of all loved everyone with a big heart.

Services are being held at Wasatch Lawn Memorial, 3401 S. Highland Dr. Viewing Dec. 10 @ 6-8 P.M. Funeral Dec 11th @ 11 A.M. In lieu of flower please donate to Roberts funeral fund. THERES NOTHING FINER THAN A NINER.
