WAGNER, Terry L., 65, of Richmond, died March 6, 2012. Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Ehly Wagner; two daughters, Stephanie Gonzalez and her husband, Chris, and Tina Sullivan and her husband, Brian; two granddaughters, Olivia and Rebecca Gonzalez; one brother, Jesse Toy and his wife, Betty; and other extended family members.
