Roy Clifford Milligan

Clifford was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, classic cars, playing cards and watching Westerns. Clifford loved spending time with his family and occasional tea parties with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, James Milligan; grandsons, Kyle Barker and Brett Logan Milligan.

Roy is survived by his wife of 48 years, Irene; children, Debra Lynn Bachtel, Hobert Henry Milligan, Dora Mae Lakes, Roy Henry Milligan; grandchildren, Danielle Huber, Jacob Horn, Ciarra Milligan, Ceara Barker, Demi Lakes, Kaitlin Bachtel, Elijah Milligan, Alexus Milligan, six great-grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Christian Fellowship Freewill Baptist Church, 7904 Middletown Germantown Rd, Germantown, Ohio. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00pm with Pastor Bobby Reed officiating. The burial will be at Woodside Cemetery.
