Bob Thompson joined his wife in heaven on February 17th on their wedding anniversary. Bob was a prayer warrior and a medicine man. He enjoyed fishing, teaching the Bible and keeping traditions and rituals alive.
He would offer prayer to everyone he met. He was willing to suffer shame for the sake of his beliefs. He lived by the fruit of his beautiful passionate spirit and stood unwavering in his faith and beliefs. He would often say, “Small minds can’t understand Big spirits, you have to be willing to be mocked and often misunderstood. Stay strong in your beliefs and integrity!”
Bob may be best remembered for his passionate spirit, knowledge and wisdom of the Bible, his profound faith and love for God/Spirit, and advocating on a regular basis to the Senate and State of Representatives to help make our community and state a better place. His songs, wise words, laughter, and prayers will forever be remembered by those of us who he shared them with.
