She was born on April 18, 1943 in East St. Louis, Illinois. She was the daughter of Edward and Esther (Young) Mitchem.
Judy is preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Teresa Hogsten and Tiffany Hoskins; granddaughter, Heather Belcher and grandson, Kayden Meyers.
Judy is survived by two daughters, Tamara Monnin of Shawnee, KS and Tina Payne of Trenton, OH; three sons, Elden (Libby) Hogsten of Paris, KY, Kevin (Terri) Hogsten of Dayton, OH and Eric (Elaina) Hogsten of Cynthiana, KY; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Mick (Loretta) Mitchem, Little Ferry, NJ, Jeff (Rita) Mitchem of Conway, SC, Steve (Bridgette) Mitchem of Kansas City, MO and sister, Kim (Breck) Little of Shawnee, KS.

Visitation will be 5-7 pm, Monday, August 10, 2020 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 7pm.
