James Robert Jackson

James served in the United States Army, he worked in the Pentagon in communications. He worked for Signs by Keith. James loved to play the guitar. He was a great storyteller and enjoyed spending time outdoors. James loved his family very much.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James Jackson, Norine Velde and Ronald Velde.

James is survived by his son, Nicholas (Kristi) Jackson; daughter, Briana Candice Moland; granddaughter, Elawae; brothers, Steven Jackson, Marty Velde, Rick Velde; sisters, Regina (Greg) Velde, Libby (Terry) Velde, Vicki Jackson; and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express a special thanks to Keith Combs.

Visitation will be 5-6 pm on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044. A Funeral Service will follow at 6:00 pm with military honors.
