She was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Pedro and Frances Rodriguez. Norma is the beloved wife of 57 years to Ruben Ramos; loving mother of Daniel Ramos (Zulma) and Rachel DeJesus (Luis); cherished grandmother of Geni Carpenter (Jared), Zaviel Ramos, Noah DeJesus, Jacob DeJesus and great-grandmother of Adelina Carpenter; dear sister of Ben (Sue), Pete (Norma), George (Sonya), Henry Rodriguez, Debbie (Eli) Rodriguez, Damaris Klanac (Mark, deceased), and the late Alex Rodriguez (Paula, surviving) and Edward Rodriguez; adored aunt of many.
Her warm spirit and unwavering kindness touched everyone she met. Known for her infectious laugh,generous heart, she found joy in cooking and storytelling ,which she shared generously with her family and friends. Her legacy of love and strength will live on in all who knew her.
As per her request, all services will be private. She will be laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio.
