My deepest condolences to all of Dave's family.  
I had the pleasure of working with Dave (and his brother-in-law Aaron) a decade or so ago. Dave brightened the working day, everyday, with his lighthearted demeanor and his general silliness/happiness. He was "the kid" in the department. I remember listening to his life develop...when was excited about buying their home in Brunswick, and all the things that go along with growing into our own adult lives. He was a good guy!  
I am brokenhearted that someone so young and decent has been taken so unexpectedly. I will be praying for all of you - my deepest sympathy.

I worked with Dave for 7 years. He was always willing to share his knowledge, and I learned so much from him.  He was a kind and honest person. I have so many fond memories of knowing him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. 

Christie, David, and Caleb...one memory is the wedding plans and getting it together.  We had so much fun even though we didn't have a lot of time.  Through it all both you and Dave had smiles.  You two made a wonderful couple and parents to two good young men.  You all will get through this difficult time.  You will always have a part of you missing and will always miss him like so many will.  Remember the good times together and hold on to them.  God has a plan for each of us.  We may not understand but He is always there for you.  Trust in Him.  Christie, as I told you before, it may not seem like it now, but you are strong.  You will do whatever you need to do to get through this with your boys.  You have a wonderful support system that will always have your back. Bonnie and I share our deep sadness on the sudden loss of your darling son.  The loss of a child, no matter their age, is the hardest experience a parent must bear.  It was Cicero who said over two thousand years ago, "the life of the dead is placed on the memories of the living.  The love you gave in life keeps people alive beyond their time. Anyone who was given love will always live on in another's heart."
