Warren H. Smith

Warren H. Smith, 76, passed away on April 11, 2020 in Orange Park, FL. He was born in Columbia, SC and resided in Fleming Island, FL. He served in the United States Army and was a long-haul truck driver. Warren will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Mr. Smith is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Smith; Children: Debra, Benjamin, Sonja, Calvin and Percy; sister, Beatrice Simmons; granddaughter, Nya; and a host of extended family and friends.
