Shelby Lee Foster, age 63, of Middleburg, Florida passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. She was born in Artesia, California to the late, Robert and Gaylen Garland. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Shelby was predeceased by her parents, brother, Robert B. Garland and sister, Shiela Scruggs. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Charles H. Foster; son, Charles "Chucky" (Colleen) Foster; sister, Sharon (Kenneth) Harvey; brother-in-law, Roger Scruggs; nieces: Sandy (Lukas) Smith, Amanda (Nick) Gaskins and Kyla Garland; grandchildren: Hailey, Hannah, Hope and Kaylen; and a host of extended family and friends.

Memorial services will be held 2 PM, Monday, March 24, 2025 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS HOLLY HILL FUNERAL HOME, 3601 Old Jennings Rd, Middleburg, FL with Pastor Rick Crews officiating.
