Age 60, of Miamisburg, passed away Aug 02, 2014 unexpectedly. Jeff was the son of the late Norman E. and Billie Jean (Meadows) Wagner. He is preceded in death by his brother, William W. Wagner. He is survived by Step Daughter, Kristen Richie. The family had attended Trinity United Church of Christ. Jeff graduated from Miamisburg HS, Class of 1971 and attended Southern Ohio College. He worked as an Iron Worker, Local 208. Earlier, Jeff loved music, was a musician and played guitar. Friends will remember him for his sense of humor and wild storytelling. With his rebel spirit, Jeff often chose to live life too close to the edge...in his own style. He did it his way. Jeff will be laid to rest at Hillgrove Cemetery in Miamisburg at 1:30 pm on Friday, August 22, 2014.
