Jesus Rodriguez

Jesus was born on December 25, 1937, to Justo and Adela Rodriguez In Quemado de Guines Cuba.

Jesus and Esther got married and would go on to have four children, Angelica, Levia, Edilia and Julio. He was a devoted and loving father and grandfather to Jorge, Armani, Wesley, Shawn, Shane, Sabrina, Miranda and SaraGrace. He loved each one of his Son in laws (Thomas Surman, Steven Konsky) and daughter in law, (Marilyn Rodriguez). Jesus is also survived by his younger brother Jose "Pepe" Rodriguez.

Jesus was a hardworking man who worked tirelessly to ensure that his family had everything they needed. He faced every challenge in life with admirable strength and courage. Early in life, our father learned the importance of hard work and instilled that same work ethic in us. When Jesus wasn't working, he could be found fishing and/or playing his guitar while singing punto guajiro and telling jokes. Papi, you are now at peace but you will live on forever in our hearts. We love you so much and will miss you everyday of our lives. Rest in peace.

A visitation for Jesus will be held Sunday, July 16, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn South, 11655 SW 117 Ave, Miami, FL 33186.
