A visitation for Frank will be held Thursday, December 26, 2024 from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm at Caballero Rivero Little Havana, 3344 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135. A burial will occur Friday, December 27, 2024 at 10:00 am at Memorial Plan Flagler Memorial Park, 5301 West Flagler Street, Miami, FL 33134.
