William Henry Corcoran

William Henry Corcoran, “Bill”, joined Christ in Heaven on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 surrounded by his loving wife of 55 years, Marjorie, many friends, and his pastor. He was born August 24, 1939 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas William and Olive Kent Corcoran, and sister, Olive Corcoran Brooks. He is also survived by his children, Melissa Charlene Corcoran and Cheryl Corcoran Cochran (Scott); grandchildren, Jordan Alexis Corcoran, Cameron Cochran, and Sarah Cochran; and his brother, Thomas Kenton Corcoran. Bill received his Master of Business Administration Business Degree from Loyola University New Orleans. He enjoyed fresh water fishing, raising butterflies, and spending time with his loving family. A Celebration of His Life will be held at St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church, 6017 Camphor Street, Metairie, on Saturday afternoon, January 27, 2018 at 12:00 noon. A service will begin at 1:00.
