Patrick "Bear" Courtney Uli

Patrick "Bear" Courtney Uli, age 65, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2024. Patrick was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. Beloved husband to Terry (Sopcak) Uli ; father of Karen (Ryan) Uli; grandfather of Anthony Uli and Andrew Dickson, doting father to his precious dogs, Bella and Beignet, he is preceded in death by his Mother, Lorraine Anne Uli and his Father, Peter Joseph Uli; son-in-law to Patricia Sopcak and preceded in death by his father-in-law, Frank Sopcak; brother-in-law to Robert Sopcak and Frank (Colleen) Sopcak; nephew to uncle, Austin Gautier and preceded in death by his beloved aunt, Patsy Gautier and many cousins, nieces and nephews and family pets; Patrick excelled in, and loved, his lengthy career in the Retail Bakery world where he had a love for his clients and their bakery products. In his spare time, Patrick was a lover of music and his Jesuit NOLA Class of '76 classmates. Friends and family are invited to a Visitation on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, from 11 am to 1 pm at LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, Metairie, LA, with a Mass of Christian Burial in the Chapel of the funeral home at 1 pm. Immediately followed with a interment at Metairie Cemetery at 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. immediately following. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his honor to The American Heart Association.
