Mary JoAnne "JoJo" LaCombe

Mary JoAnne “Jo-Jo” LaCombe, was lifted up into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, April 13th, at the age of 46. Jo was a lifelong resident of Jefferson, La. Jo had an infectious smile and brought joy to everyone who met her. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: George & Josephine Roussel, Vera Louque. Survived by her parents: Dennis & Linda LaCombe, her brother: Dennis (& wife Connie) LaCombe, nephews: Tyler LaCombe, Jeremy Barraco, niece: Jessica Barraco, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and family friends.

The LaCombe family would like to thank the many caregivers, nurses, doctors, family and friends who so lovingly cared for Jo through the years, especially Jenny Pizzuto, Guardian Angel Hospice, and the nuns from Sister Servants of Mary. The family would also like to thank the many who offered their prayers and support throughout her precious life.

Viewing will be held at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 3310 Jefferson Hwy., Jefferson, LA 70121 from 9:00am – 11:00am with a Funeral Mass at 11:00am. Internment will follow at The Garden of Memories Cemetery @ 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70001, immediately following Mass.
