JoAnn Bertucci Liberto passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at the age of 66, in the presence of her loving family. Devoted wife of Vincent Liberto, III. She was born August 31, 1947 to Elmire Lillian Bergeron and Joseph John Bertucci, Sr. Loving mother of Steven M. Liberto (Tammy) and devoted grandmother of Austin Lee Liberto and Alyssa Lauren Liberto. Also survived by her brothers, Ronald J. Bertucci, Sr, (Emily), Michael P. Bertucci, Sr., (Priscilla) Joseph J. Bertucci, Jr. (Dawn); her sister, Ginny Walters (Kenny) and her mother-in-law, Frances Liberto. Cherished “Nanny” to a host of nieces and nephews and their families. JoAnn worked for many years at American General. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Monday, November 4 at 12:00 Noon at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM -12:00 Noon. Interment following in Garden of Memories Cemetery at the Chapel of Peace Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society at www.lls.org.
