Born January 27, 1945 in Muscatine, Iowa and passed away January 2, 2020 in Mesquite, Texas at the age of 74. Proceeded in death by his parents Delbert and Fern Thomason and his in-laws Viola and William Walter Ward. Bob is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 54 years Thelma Thomason, Sister- in-law Elizabeth "Liz" and brother-in-law Ervin Eden, sister-in-law Sue and brother-in-law Will Ward and many other family members and friends.
Bob was an Electronic Technician by trade, he loved riding motorcycles, working with wood, and enjoyed working with model trains. He was also a professional musician and played the Keyboards and entertained many people throughout the years. He went to West Liberty High school in Iowa where he met and fell in love with Thelma. After high school graduation he attended Technical School in Davenport, Iowa. Upon graduating he worked at Collins Radio in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and then moved to Mesquite, Texas in 1969 where he continued his Electronic Technician career.
The family will be holding private services at a later date and time.
