Mitchell was born in Dallas, TX on October 19, 1958 to Raymond and Nelma Billingsley. He married is high school sweetheart, Kerrie Lynn Balentine, on April 15, 1978; they had three beautiful daughters, Diana, Jennifer and Pamela. He was a diligent and hard worker all his years; Loved his family fiercely and would lend a helping hand any chance he could. He is survived by Kerrie, his daughters along with their husbands Adam, Mark and David; 8 grandchildren: Nichole, Kristina, Willow, Emily, Courtney, Melaney, Nicholes, and Ruth; 2 great-grandsons: Weylnn and Sakari; his brother, Ray Billingsley along with his wife Esther, sister Susan Lilly along with her husband Mark, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his mother and father. Memorial services will be held at
