He was born April 29,1937, in Delta, Colorado, son of Elmer and Pearl (Kissinger) James and had/has six brothers and sisters. He graduated from Delta High School and moved to California.
He worked for NCR, Edge Co., and the State of Wyoming.
He lived in Colorado, California, Wyoming, Arizona, and Italy.
His hobbies included flying model airplanes and painting.
He is survived by his children, Randy (Shelly) James, Candi Izard, Nancy Lindholm, and their mother, Shawn James, Robin (Douglas) Wagner, Kirk (Katie) James, Maria Wine, John (Kimberly) James, Jane (Laine) James, as well as 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, his brother Edwin James, and many nieces and nephews.
There will be no services, he will be inurned in Aurora, Illinois, with his beloved late wife, Devona (Ochsenschlager) James.
