Jack Davis Sledge Jr.

Jack had a high fondness of Japan and their culture. He dreamed of visiting one day. He was very involved in his karate class and practiced the movements religiously. He was honored with an award for his excellence of sparring skills.

Jack was a loving, kind and extremely charismatic kid. He was able to show both strength and empathy effortlessly. Jack was courageous and calm, yet at any moment willing to take action to help someone in need. He was loved by many.

Jack is survived by: his mom, Crystal, dad, Jack, brothers, Korry, Isaiah, Tylor & Gavin, his sister, Destany, Grandmothers, Marilyn and Violet and Grandfather, Demetrio. He was also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.

Arrangements are entrusted to Advantage Melcher Chapel of the Roses, 43 S. Stapley Drive, Mesa, Arizona 85204. Visitation will be on Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 11-12 pm. Funeral Service to follow at noon. Burial at City of Mesa Cemetery at 1:30 pm.
