Gregory Thomas Hamilton, 71, passed away peacefully June 7, 2020 at his home with family at his side. Greg was born in Akron, Ohio on November 24, 1948. He spent most of his working life as a mailman for the USPS. Lifelong Ohio State fan - Go Buckeyes - Greg loved all things outdoors, including camping, fishing, boating, skiing, hiking and the ocean. He was blessed to retire early and travel the country including visits to many National Parks. He did this in his R.V. not only with his wife Debbie, but also his trusty sidekick, Taco. What was most important to him was spending time with his family. Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Martha Hamilton. Greg is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Debbie [Smith] Hamilton and his three daughters, Lorie Gonzales (husband - Apolonio), Jennifer Meyer (husband – Steve), and Stacy Bratko. He was Papa to ten grandkids from A-Z, Andie, Hannah (husband - Gavin), Dalton, Polo, Gregory (wife - Kenya), Monica, Emma, Mallorie, Veronica, Zoe and three great grandchildren, many of which were at his side during his final days. Also surviving Greggy are his beloved siblings, Pam, Marty (husband - Neal), Mark (wife - Angie), Monica and Nan (husband - David) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and close extended family. Greg's family values, sense of humor and adventurous spirit will be carried on by those he left behind. Already missing him!
