David was born April 7th in Miami, AZ. He spent his entire life taking care of his family, friends and this country. Dave enlisted in the Army at the age of 17, where he was the youngest man to become sergeant and a ranger. He had even receive a letter from President Ragan on his accomplishments. David later joined the Navy and then eventually retired with the Air force as Master Sgt. EOD. During this time, he also worked as one of the best technology analyst for Bank of America. On August 12th, 1998, he married JoAnne Shipley. They raised two daughters and a grandson, Nicole, Jessica, and Damien Robideau.
David had a passion for many things in life really. Especially his guns and blowing stuff up. Which is why the EOD fit him so well. Dave could be counted on for anything. Whether it was building things around the house for family and friends or helping someone move, he was always there to lend a hand. He was known for his quick wit and uncanny way to make everyone laugh around him. Anyone who knew David, really loved his company.
David is survived by his wife, Joanne, his two daughters, Nicole and Jessica, his grandson, Damien, his sister Nina Hall, brother Mike Hall, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at Mariposa Gardens, January 13th at 12pm and then at the National Cemetery at 2pm for military honors.
