He was born on August 30, 1928 in Alpine Junction, New York to Judd Ameigh and Viola Bell Grover. He was preceded in death, by his parents and his son, Robert Ameigh.
He served in the US Army in the Korean War. Later in life, he was employed at Patrick Air Force Base as an aircraft support mechanic.
He was a Deacon at his church.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 13 years, Marilyn Bullard. His children, Joseph (Kathy) Ameigh, Kelly (Carol) Ameigh and his daughter, Janey Elbert. His stepchildren, Linda Bullard, Richard Bullard and Lorna (Bill) Farley. 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 9 step grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren.
A Celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 11 am, Pineda Presbyterian Church, 5650 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL.
