Lawrence Daniel Caron

Born March 11, 1951 in Prince George BC, he passed away on January 31, 2021, at home in Lower Nicola BC.

He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Carol, son Cory (Kelly) of Lower Nicola BC; granddaughters Samantha (Zach) and Rachael; grandsons Brice and Blake; 3 brothers, 2 sisters and their spouses, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Larry was predeceased by his brother Roland, son Richard, his father Lawrence and mother Elsie.

He will be forever remembered for his boisterous voice, hunting adventures and stories about growing up on the farm in Salmon Valley.

I think of things you used to say

and all that you would do.

At some point, every single day,

my thoughts will turn to you.

To lose you was a bitter wrench,

the pain cut to my core,

I cried until my tears ran out

and then I cried some more.

This wouldn’t be your wish for me

that I’d be forever sad.

So I try to remind myself of

the happy times we had.

I know I can’t be with you now

and you can’t be with me.

But safe inside my heart you’ll stay

that’s where you’ll always be.
