Rebecca Ann Dixon, 66, of Atwater, California passed away peacefully at her home on January 9, 2022. Rebecca, known as Becky to friends and family was born on March 31, 1955, to Dan Henry Owens and Donna Milhous Owens in Yuba City, CA.
