Jason Michael Perez

Jason was born in Merced California on September 30th 1981 to Apolinar Polo Perez and Rebecca Cortez. He attended Planada elementary school and graduated from Le grand high school in 1999. He was part of the 1999 section championship baseball team where he earned a honorable mention.

Jason was so proud of his roots and loved growing up in Planada. he had a big heart and even bigger dimples. Always the life of the party with a cold one in his hand listening and singing along to any kind of music. he especially liked the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Metallica. Most of all Jason loved sports always rooting for the LA Lakers and SF giants but especially his beloved Raiders. a die hard fan no matter what their record was! Always wearing silver and black whether it was a hat beanie shirt or Jersey. as he would always say so proudly RN4L!!!

Jason is survived by his parents, his two sons; Jason Perez Jr. and Mason Cruz Perez, his sister Melissa (Frank) Salazar, brother Jeffery Perez, Nieces and Nephews Andrea (Elias) Moreno, Rudy Garcia, Jr , Ally "Honda" Garcia, Sophia Moreno, Eli Moreno and Jordan Aramburu. Along with several tios, tias and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to attend services on Thursday October 13th at Planada Sacred Heart church. Visitation will begin at 9 o'clock AM, recitation of rosary at 10 AM, mass at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Plainsburg cemetery.

In honor of Jason being an avid raiders fan, we ask that you wear your favorite raiders gear or colors.
