Valeriano was born in the Philippines in Lanao Bangui iLocos Norte to late mother Andrea Acio Aguinaldo and father Valeriano Balanay Arda Sr. Valeriano was number 5 out of 7 children. He went to the University of the East Manila Philippines as a preparatory for medical school.
Valeriano (Val) is survived by his wife Perla Pana Arda, his children: Dexter Arda, Marian Arda, RacheleAnn Arda, And Samuel Arda. Siblings: Lilia, Jesusa, Eleanor, Christopher, Alexander, Theresa. Grandchildren: Dennis, Dayanya, Jeremy, Janelle, Jaelynn, Joanna, Jayde, and Jaxx.

Valeriano was a loving father, husband, brother and friend. Val worked in healthcare for 17 years at the Riverside Community Hospital. He retired at the age of 52 and was a dedicated member of his church. He loved God and conducted and attended bible study avidly. He sang praise and worship at his church. He loved to cook, garden, visit the lake, go to church retreats, sing at his church, sing at events, take cruises, and spend time with family and friends. His caring nature and his kind heart will be missed by family, friends, and all who knew him.

A funeral service will occur Friday, October 25, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 26770 Murrieta Rd., Menifee, CA 92585. A graveside service will occur Friday, October 25, 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM, 26770 Murrieta Rd., Menifee, CA 92585. A reception will occur Friday, October 25, 2024 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, 26770 Murrieta Rd., Menifee, CA 92585.
