Virginia "Ginger" Barber

Ginger was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roger Barber; and her granddaughter, Leslie Walker. She is survived by her sister, Mary Lynn Allen; her brother, Leon Smith, Jr.; her son, Richard Laster, four step-children, Deanna Leoni, Roger Barber, Jr., Janet Smith, and John Barber; three nieces and three nephews; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Ginger was a long-time employee of Duncan-Williams Investment Bankers, where she served in many capacities in the accounting department. Ginger enjoyed canning, cooking, and making jewelry. She will be missed by many for her famous jams and jellies.
