Tom N. Cobb

Tom N. Cobb, 92, of Bartlett died Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Methodist Germantown Hospital. Mr. Cobb was a member of Germantown Baptist Church. He retired at 75 from his business, Memphis Air Conditioning & Heating where he was a Mechanical Contractor. After retiring he spent time doing woodworking, yard work and learning to cook. He loved old time gospel music and dearly loved children. Mr. Cobb is survived by his wife of 67 years, Sadie Cobb of Bartlett; his daughter, Delores Cobb of Germantown; and his son Tommy Cobb; and one grandchild. Also surviving is his daughter’s pet dog, Gracie. The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 9, 2011 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens 5599 Poplar Avenue from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. Funeral services begin at 3:30 Sunday.
