Tom was a God sent for me. I'm the early 90's he gave me  a daily Bible and we read it together. We would talk every day over what we had read. I became a stronger Christian because of him. I loved Tom Adams. After I left Memphis in 1999 we talked at least once a week. He as a great man an I hope to see him again when I pass

I have known Tom since our National Guard days.   He and his two wonderful mechanics have repaired many of my family vehicles over the years.   He was truly a man of integrity. 
We moved to Collierville a few years ago, but I would call him often to check in. 
I will truly miss Tom, but I know he is in heaven. 
My prayers are with his wonderful wife-sons and his two mechanics.

Tom was one of the finest men I have ever known.  After initially meeting him and his family in our church, Tom became my trusted advisor re: all things automotive.   My cars have been serviced in his shop for more than 40 years and we enjoyed many wonderful conversations during my periodic visits there.  Tom had great integrity and always treated people the right way.  It has been my pleasure to refer many friends to him over the years.  He is going to greatly missed by so many…..I’m thankful to have known Tom Adams.

Sandy & I are so sorry.  Tom was such a good guy with such a big heart.  He was a fine old soul even in high school.  His word was his bond & he always did the right thing.  He will be missed.

I came to know Tom through my parents, Joe and Mary Mitchell.  Although they've been gone for 20 years, the outpouring of love and support shown by Tom, Colleen and numerous other church family members has not been forgotten.  My prayers are with his family during this time of sorrow.

Tom was a true friend and a great spiritual leader. I could always go to Tom for a friendly ear. He would always give kind advice even when it wasn’t what you wanted to hear. He will be truly missed.

I have known Tom since we moved here in 1977.  Mostly as someone I could trust servicing my cars but also as the friends we became. There are not many men like Tom, and certainly not many businessmen who  run their businesses as ethically as Tom. I once had a friend come to town for a visit who had a problem w/ their car...and Tom took the time from his busy day to fix the problem so they could make the return trip home.  To me..that says it all !!! Rest well Tom and know we are thinking of you in the good light you always showed to us.

I went to Treadwell with Tommy and always found him to be friendly and kind to everyone. He was a great guy and I am so sorry he is gone. Prayers for the family. I know he will be missed.

Tom was a truly fine man ... So enjoyed visiting with him over the years ... He will be greatly missed ....

I am so sorry about the passing of Mr. Tom Adams. I have know him since I was very young, he used to help my mom and my sister and me with our bikes and then our cars, at his Exxon shop on Schiebler in Raleigh.
 He was always trust worthy and fair and became a friend over the years. I would see him from time to time at church functions and around the Raleigh/Bartlett area and he was always so kind and gracious. God Bless his family prayers for you all.
