Becky was born March 25, 1993 to Lu Ann and Marcus Welch. She graduated from Marion High School in May 2011, married her husband on October 24, 2020, graduated from the University of Memphis in May 2021, and became a mother on August 15, 2022.
Prior to motherhood, Becky excelled in leadership and teamwork as a Ramp Agent and Materials Handler at FedEx. She later worked at Bartlett United Methodist Church as a Mother's Day Out teacher showering her charges with love.
Becky adored her family, friends, and enjoyed reading, the outdoors, music, and baking for loved ones. She played trombone in High School, the Razorback Band (Univ. of Arkansas), and Bartlett Community Band. She strived to bring people together by organizing many 'girl's outings' and game nights with friends. She was often the glue that held a group together.
She is survived by her parents Lu Ann and Marcus Welch, brother Phillip Welch, husband Adam Schepman, daughter Eleanor Schepman, and many dearly loved family and friends.
Donations in Becky's name can be made to: Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer fund, The American Cancer Society, or the Memphis Humane Society.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 17, 2024 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM, at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119. A funeral service for Rebecca will occur Monday, November 18, 2024 at 1:30 PM, also at Memphis Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
