Paula Tucker Davis

Paula was born on February 2, 1937 in Paragould, Arkansas to Robert and Catherine Tucker. She attended Trumann Arkansas High School and Arkansas State University. She married Harold D. Davis on April 19, 1957.

She was a mother of four children, two of them, Robert Davis and Cathy Nixon preceded her in death; as well as her husband, Harold D. Davis.

She leaves two sons, Larry Davis (Judi) and Doug Davis (Tina), one grandson, Paul Davis (Kym); brother, Bob Tucker; a niece; step-grandchildren, and her beloved dog, Angel. Paula was a Christian and member of Grace Evangelical Church.

Paula never met a stranger. If you walked into a room and didn’t meet her, you would hear her. She loved her family and friends most of all. If you were in need, she would find a way to help. Paula touched many lives by sharing her faith, her life experiences, and mostly loving support. She loved to laugh and is a legacy of fond memories. She will be greatly missed by all but never forgotten.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Grace Evangelical Church, 9750 Wolf River Boulevard, Germantown, Tennessee, 38139 on Saturday, February 19 at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends beginning at 12 noon.

In lieu of flowers gifts in memory of Mrs. Davis may be offered to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to the American Diabetes Association.
