Maurice Robert “Bob” Smith, retired courier for Triumph Bank, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2015, at the age of 71. He was an Air Force veteran and member of the Road Warriors Model Car Club and the Riff Raff Car Club. Bob also loved woodworking and the Chicago Cubs. He is survived by his children Lisa McCarver (Mike), Robby Smith, Jason Lusk, one grandson Adam Rushing, a nephew Jeremy Hahn and a sister-in-law Brenda Thompson. A gathering of family and friends will be held from five o’clock until service time at six o’ clock on the evening of Friday, September 4, 2015, at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave., Memphis, TN 38119. The family requests any memorials to be sent to the Collierville Animal Shelter.
