To the families of Mrs. Kattie Tucker-Simpson, it is with my deepest condolences and prayers for you at this time. Kattie was my classmate at Fayette County Training School (FCTS), class of 1963.  We shared many memories over the four years.  I last saw her in 2003 at our 40th class reunion where she introduced me as the class speaker. It was such a great fellowship as we recalled some of the events we shared including graduation. Kattie was as delightful then as she was in high school. May your hearts be lighten to know that she was loved by many; and her memories will be cherished always.
