Julia Ann Morris McCall, 81, of Saulsbury, Tennessee passed away June 25, 2020 at Baptist Reynolds Hospice House in Collierville, Tennessee, after a long illness. She was born on July 14, 1938 in Henry County, Tennessee to Conrad B. and Ruth Douglass Morris. Mrs. McCall graduated from Puryear High School in 1956 and was a retired hair dresser. She was a caring and attentive wife, mother and grandmother who loved visiting with her children and grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, one brother, Harold, and four sisters: Martha Morris Neese, Marjorie Jane Morris LaJoye, Mary Sue Morris and Betty Carolyn Morris Maldonado.
Mrs. McCall was married on March 5, 1960 to Donald M McCall who survives her. She is also survived by three sons, Fred Murray McCall (Danita) of Tampa, Florida; Stanley M McCall (Dina) of Arlington, Tennessee, and Rev. Perry McCall (Robin) of Madden, Mississippi; eight grandchildren, Conrad B. Morris McCall, Karly Rhea Moyer, Chad Murray McCall, Kelly Ann McCall, Julia Elizabeth McCall, Lauren Ruth McCall, Rebecca Lynn McCall and Andrew Boyce McCall and two great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 29, 2020 at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with funeral services to be held at 7:00 p.m.
The family requests that remembrances and memorials in lieu of flowers be made to the Campbell Bulldog Fund for victims of childhood cancer in honor of Mrs. McCall’s grandson, Andrew Boyce McCall online at www.goinggoldformskids.org.
