He married his childhood sweetheart and love of his life, Janie Rook, on August 3, 1962. Jerry completed the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local #474 Apprenticeship and was a proud union electrician for over 30 years. Jerry loved camping, fishing, listening to “doo wop” music, and telling great stories. He had an amazing memory and told many a tall tale with vivid detail and laughter. He was a master chef of bacon, cinnamon toast, and pot roast (according to his grandchildren). He always put his family first and taught his sons and grandchildren the importance of family. His main enjoyment in life came from spending countless hours with his beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His presence will be missed by all.
Jerry is survived by his wife Janie; sons Steven Wolfe (Kim), John Wolfe (Heather), and Bryan Wolfe (Holly). In addition to three children, he is survived by ten grandchildren, Brent Wolfe (Ambher), Brandon Wolfe (Whittney), Brittany Wolfe, Zackary Wolfe, Landon Wolfe (Sarah), Kassidy Wolfe, Trevor Gibson, Griffin Wolfe, Lacy Wolfe, and Jeremiah Wolfe; five great-grandchildren, Braxton Wolfe, Ava Jane Wolfe, Jude Wolfe, Thomas Wolfe, and James Wolfe.
