Eva Mae Lockhart, 86, of Southaven, Mississippi, died November 21, 2010 at Baptist Hospital in Oxford, MS. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 23 from 6PM – 8PM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on Poplar Avenue. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, November 24 at Christ the King Lutheran Church on Park Avenue beginning at 10:00 a.m. She was a longtime member of Christ the King Lutheran Church and a retired bookkeeper from Western Union and National Check Cashing. She was preceded in death by her husband James E. Lockhart and son Larry Wayne Lockhart. Mrs. Lockhart is survived by her son Edward Lockhart (Cheryl) of Southaven; three grandsons Christopher Lee Lockhart, Jesse A. Lockhart, and Brian T. Grammer; two great-grandsons and many other loving family members and friends. Any memorials in her honor may be made to Christ the King.
