Debra Nell Robinson

Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Historical Elmwood Cemetery, 824 Dudley Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38104.

Debra Nell Robinson was born on December 26, 1950, in Memphis, Tennessee, to the late Warren Robinson and Monica Robinson.

Debra departed this life on June 25, 2023, at her home in Shenandoah, Texas.

Debra was baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit on the 10th day of July 1983 at Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church in Memphis, Tennessee.

Upon residing in Texas, Debra became a member of The Impact Church of the Woodlands located in The Woodlands, Texas.

Debra was a graduate of the first senior class at Northside High School in Memphis in 1968. The same year of graduation Debra began a long career in the insurance industry at The Hartford, working with them for 30 years. She went on to fill various positions as an analyst, account manager and client specialist at AON, Brown & Brown, and Lockton. She retired in 2018.

Debra was a very loving and generous daughter, sister, and aunt “Tee.” She was preceded in death by her parents Warren and Monica Robinson, sister Patricia Currie-Boone, and great grand-nephew Haze Christian Crawford. Debra leaves to cherish her precious memories a brother Ronald Eugene Robinson; a niece, Khrishna Colette Currie; a grandniece, Hhalei LaTish Holmes and a great-grandniece Hazel Payton Holmes. Also sharing precious memories are a host of cousins, other relatives and close friends.
