Cindy Baker

Cindy Baker, 58, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on March 25, 2018. She was born in Bartlett, Tennessee and graduated from Bartlett High School in 1979. Cindy was a published author of Western short stories. Cindy was an avid reader, often spending her lunch break enjoying a book. She enjoyed video games and travelling. Her family will often remember her sense of humor, her wonderful smile, and beautiful singing voice. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lucille Pitt of Bartlett, Tennessee. She is survived by her husband, Chuck Baker; her daughter, Jennifer Sargent; her siblings, Frank Pitt, Jr. (Barbara) of Middleton, Tennessee and Becky Howard (Mark) of Jackson, Tennessee; and her close friend, Mark Sargent. She also leaves her beloved dog, Zen, and her cat, George. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the American Heart Association.
