Barbara Dunning Faulk

Barbara was born February 23, 1938 in Memphis to the late Albert Leslie Dunning and Mabel Ann Quinn Dunning. She had one brother and one sister. On July 29, 1971 Barbara married Harry G. Faulk and they were inseparable for the next 49 years, until his passing in 2020. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Harry and Barbara were faithful members of Second Presbyterian Church in Memphis, TN, where she was a regular volunteer and highly valued part-time administrative employee. Barbara was a longtime member of the church choir and participant in several women's ministries circles and also played the organ. She began playing the organ while in junior high school, at Berclair Baptist Church. Barbara also enjoyed traveling with her husband, in addition to reading and playing the piano for their friends at assisted living.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, January 18 at 1:00 PM, at Second Presbyterian Church, 4055 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38111. A reception will follow. Guests are encouraged to park in the West Parking Lot of the church.

A private burial will occur at Memphis Memory Gardens.
