William Robert Dwyer

William Robert Dwyer (Bill) was born July 14, 1966, in San Mateo, California, to George A. Dwyer and Betty Jean Dwyer. He moved to Medford, Oregon in 1970 where he attended Oak Grove School, Lone Pine School, Hedrick and North Medford High School.

After high school he enrolled in the electrician program as an intern. He became a journeyman and stayed in that profession his entire life. At the time of his death, his last job was a Service Manager of Pacific Electric Company.

Bill loved to go to the coast and to the dunes. He had different dune buggies and a side by side and spent every vacation and any spare time with many friends at the dunes riding dune buggies. Bill was an excellent welder and spent time in his garage building carts and repairing items. He was an excellent gardener and grew the best tomatoes and cucumbers, among other vegetables.

Bill had one daughter, Lauryn Elizabeth Dwyer, born August 19, 2000, who survives. She was the light of his life. He is also survived by his Mother and brother Neil Tally, sisters Debbie Knotts and Patti Huss. He is survived by two Aunts he was very close to, Margaret Lesley and Elizabeth Dwyer; and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his Father in 2015 and also his Uncle Jim Dwyer. He was also predeceased by his grandparents and other aunts and uncles.

A celebration of life for William will be held Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 5:00 PM at Twin Creeks Park, 555 Twin Creeks Crossing Loop, Central Point, OR 97502.
