Kenneth Richard Sadler was born on May 7, 1931 in Hardin Montana on the Crow Indian Reservation. He left this earth on April 2, 2020, with his family by his side, to touch the face of God. His family moved from Montana to Idaho in 1936 where he married the love of his life, Jeannine Cane on March 11, 1951 at the First Christian Church in Nampa, Idaho. They recently celebrated their 69th Anniversary.
Ken worked at Jcpenny's in Nampa and Payette Idaho. Ken then went into the Air Force and the Air National Guard from 1950-1962. Ken and Jeannine raised chinchillas for 16 years, it was the largest chinchilla ranch in the northwest. In 1971 he moved his family to Belleville, Illinois where he began working in the steel pipe and tube industry with jobs that sent him to set up offices in Atlanta Georgia, Tampa Florida, Creve Coeur Missouri, Spokane Washington and Las Vegas Nevada. In 1975 he took a job as a Salesman for Fafco Solar and moved to San Jose and Irvine California before opening his own Solar business, United Solar Co. in Medford, Oregon. He retired from the Solar business in 1987. He then did Advertising Sales for several magazines and computer work out of his home.
He loved camping, fishing and hunting. His favorite place to go was the Oregon Coast. There was always a dog and a cat in the house. But most of all, he loved his family.
