Sheila Caddell Sisk

Sheila Caddell Sisk, 58, of Glen Allen died peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, December 11. Her earthly fight finished, she entered the gates of heaven to join her Savior and the waiting arms of her dad. Sheila was born July 9, 1964, to Dougall and Ada Wilder Caddell in Richmond. She graduated from Lee-Davis High School in 1982. Sheila married the love of her life, Robert "Bobby" Haywood Sisk on April, 16 1983 in Hanover. He survives, along with their two children, Rob (Alicia) Sisk of Granger, IN, and Douglas (Rosie) Sisk of Hanover, and grandchildren, Jack, Hunter, Ellie, Grace, Emma, Fisher and Anna. She is also survived by her mother, Ada Wilder Caddell Wood of Glen Allen, and many brothers- and sisters-in-law and aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her father, Dougall Caddell. Sheila lived a life of service to others and was a founding member of New Hope Community Church in New Kent. She previously worked at the Masonic Home of Virginia. Above all, she loved her family. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, December 18, 2022, at the Atlee Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 9271 Shady Grove Rd., Mechanicsville, where a funeral service will be conducted 12:30 p.m. Monday. Interment in Signal Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Food Pantry of New Hope Community Church at newhopefamily.us.
