Cheryl Ann Woodham

Cheryl Ann Woodham, age 81, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 in Moody, Texas. Funeral Services will Monday, December 9, 2024 10:00 a.m. at Liberty Baptist Church in Moody, Texas Revered Marc Lambert officing. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at Cole Funeral Home in McGregor, Texas.

Cheryl was born on June 28, 1943 to William Harvey Neely, Jr., and Rosemary (Nelson) Neeley in Omaha, Nebraska. She was resided in Moody, Texas when she passed away. Cheryl attended Handley School and Eastern Hills High School where she graduated. She also attended Arlington College where majored in bookkeeping. She married the love of her life, Elbert Woodham on November 13, 1967 in Meridian Mississippi. Cheryl worked at several grocery store chains as a cashier. She later went into the medical field and received her license from the State of Texas to pass medication and also in charge of ordering medication. Cheryl retired because of health and stayed at home as a homemaker. She loved bird watching, fishing, making quilts and sewing. Cheryl was a member of the Liberty Hills Baptist Church in Moody, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Elbert Woodham of Moody, Texas; son, James Woodham and wife, Marian; grandson, Steven Longacre.
