Kevin Sean Day

Kevin was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He enjoyed spending time with his family and is affectionately known as “POP POP” by his grandchildren. He was recently an avid cruiser who loved traveling and also celebrated history to the places he went.

Kevin is survived by his wife of 26 years, Lori (Dickerson) Day; son, Andrew Day of Hampton; Father, Thomas “Tom” Day of St. Augustine; Siblings, Greg and Glenda Day of, Snellville, Bryan and Brenda Day of St. Augustine, Christy and Joe Grabowski of Lake Jackson, Matt and Tonia Day of Hampton; step-daughter, Jennifer and Jonathan Kaysch of Phenix City; step-son, Steven and Tammy Hill of Perry; grandchildren, Brock, Robert, Kolton; Host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday, May 18, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial will take place 2:30 pm at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery 2617 Vinson Highway Milledgeville, Georgia 31061. Family will receive friends Wednesday May 17, 2023 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Haisten Funerals and Cremation 1745 Zack Hinton Parkway S. McDonough, GA 30253.
