HARDY PAUL FUNK. On the early morning of March 20, 2021, God called home His beloved son Hardy Paul Funk, age 77. Born on September 19, 1943 in Frankfurt, Germany and came to the United States at an early age. Beloved husband of 50years to Martha “Marty” (nee Stack). Dearest father of Rob (Mariale) of Chicago, IL, T.J., Julie (Ted) Lawrence, Katie (Phill) Luzier, and Paul. Devoted grandfather of 12 to Ava, Isaac, Samantha, Sidney, Tommy, Tripp, Zane, Phoebe, Blake, Ella, Olivia & Hudson. Loving son of Dr. Paul O. Funk and Charlotte (nee Haferung) Dugan. Special uncle to many. Contributions may be made in Hardy's memory to St. Clare SCENE, which is a scholarship fund for the school. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM Wednesday March 24. at St. Clare Church 5659 Mayfield Rd, Lyndhurst, OH 44124. Please meet at Church.
