In 1977, Steven married the love of his life, Brenda Stid, in Dansville, Michigan. He dedicated 30 years to General Motors before retiring. Steven enjoyed watching TV, watching YouTube, and watching airshows, especially the Blue Angels. He loved to play the lottery, go fishing, and above all, he loved his grandkids. He even had a special nickname for each of them. He was kind, loving, and funny and will be missed by all.
Steven is survived by his beloved wife, Brenda; sons, Jim (Amy) and Daniel; daughter, Pam (Alan); grandchildren, Faith, Brianna, Loren, Kyleigh, Austin, Saige, Hunter, Samantha, Angel, and Nevaeh; siblings, Marlene, Melanie (Mike), and Wes (Lori); a very special Aunt Viva; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Loren and Mary.
A Celebration of Steven's Life will be held on Sunday, December 4th from 1-4 PM at the Mason VFW Hall, located at 1243 Hull Rd. Mason, MI 48854. The family requests that guests dress casually in their favorite sports teams' attire.
Memorial contributions in Steven's memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
